Here at Queen’s LGBT we often get emailed asking us to forward questionnaires, surveys and invites to panels to you guys. So, rather than send all these to you and clog up your inboxes, we’re going to put them up on here.

BBC Audience Council

The BBC have invited you to a meeting with the BBC Audience Council for NI. The Audience Council represents the views and interests of audiences in NI to the BBC Trust, the BBC’s governing body, and actively engages with audiences to listen to their views on the BBC’s services. If you’re interested, email us at info@qublgbt.org.uk and we’ll forward you more information. The meeting will be held in the Cara-Friend offices, 1st floor, War Memorial Building, Waring Street.

Welcome Back!

September 16, 2009

Hope you all had a great summer and are looking forward to the start of a new academic year!

Queen’s LGBT Society will be back in the next few weeks, so here’s a few dates to put in your diary…

Fresher’s Bazaar, Weds Sept 30: Come along to the Queen’s LGBT stall at the Fresher’s Bazaar and say hi, pick up some free stuff and learn about what we’ve got in store for the year.

First Meeting, Thu Oct 8, 7pm: Venue TBC

First Coffee Meeting, Weds Oct 14: Venue TBC. A little more informal, a chance to come hang out with people from the society over a coffee and something to eat.

Stay in touch: join the mailing list at the Fresher’s Bazaar or join our group on Facebook.
